Installation

Installing the Firestones: Model# 34lDvI

34lDvI* Fireplaces

,

 

have the option of installing the optional 

cultured rocks or firestones. As described below,

 cAutIon, the fire-

stones cannot cover the burners

. Doing so produces an undesire-

able / uneven flame pattern, and eventual sooting. Install as shown, 

Figure 28a.

Installing the Artificial 

river rocks:

34LDVI* Fireplace, is supplied with (29) twenty-nine faux ceramic fibre 

river rock. Unpack the rocks and handle them very carefully. Shown Below:

  Remove the glass door as described in the previous Instructions.

  Install faux ceramic 3 in1 and 2 in 1 Rock as shown in 

Figure 29b

Placement of Rear faux ceramic rock (flat surfaces of rock on 

bottom pan of the fireplace). Note  size and location of rocks.

Install remainder of rocks on second level. Place one rock on the 

Pilot light cover and the remainder covering air intakes. As 

shown in 

Figure 29d
