ASSEMBLY
FULLY ASSEMBLE THE CART PER THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT
ASSUME HOW THE PART SHOULD BE ASSEMBLED. DO NOT LEAVE OFF PARTS.
DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS TO ASSEMBLE THE CART. USE HAND WRENCHES
TO TIGHTEN ALL OF THE NUTS AND BOLTS.
ATTACH THE FRAME POSTS AND BUMPERS
TO THE BOTTOM TRAY
NOTE: There is a larger hole in the frame posts – please make sure these holes are
oriented downward, towards the bottom tray.
Place the bottom tray, with the edge facing up, on a soft surface to protect the finish.
Place one bumper over the outside of one corner of the bottom tray. Line up all holes.
Insert M6 x 18 mm bolts into ONLY the two outside holes on each side of the bumper
and through the bottom tray. Loosely secure in place with M6 nuts.
Slide the end of one frame post down into the space between the bottom tray and
the bumper. Line up the holes in the frame post with the two inside holes on the bottom
tray and bumper. Insert M6 x 18 mm bolts through the inside holes of the bumper, then
through the frame post and bottom tray. Secure with M6 nuts. Tighten all bolts and nuts.
Repeat to attach a frame post and bumper on the other three corners of the bottom tray.
Position the bottom tray so it is upright with the frame posts sticking straight up.
