Component removal / installation

Seat box- rear fender assy

Remove the seat.

P. 51

Remove the right / left side covers.

P. 53

Remove the top bolts from the front covers.
Remove the rear screws of the front covers

inside the seat box.

Remove the front relay support bolts.
Remove the rear bolts, washers and bearings

fastening the seat box onto the ﬁ lter box
supports.

Remove the screw on the right lower side cover.
Take off the front covers and gently lift out the

seat box- rear fender assy.

Disconnect the electrical installation.

Remove the seat box- rear fender assy.
