• The power cable must be routed separately from the other cables.
• The motor power cable is shielded and the shield must be grounded.
• The encoder cable must be routed away from the motor power cable to avoid
electrical interference.
• The brake system has a power cable and another cable for the microswitch
contacts. All electrical data are listed on the label of the brake system.
The microswitch has two contacts: one open and one closed. (Fig. 12).
These contacts indicate the brake condition (tab. 5).
