If the suggested fix does not work, try turning the vacuum off, wait 30 seconds, 
then turn it back on again.

Note that, because of the drop sensing feature, the vacuum will not properly 
sense the floor when placed on dark surfaces and that the obstacle sensors 
cannot properly sense the location of dark walls. The vacuum cannot be used on 
dark surfaces.
