Q1:
The converter is connected, but there is no video on the connected display.

Double-check all connections. Try using different video cables. Ensure that the AC
adapter is plugged into the converter and into an AC power source. Verify that you
are using a DVI-D cable.
Q2:
The SDI output has video, but no audio can be heard.
A2:
Double-check the audio connections. Verify that your source material contains
audio. Try using different audio cables. Ensure that you are using a digital coaxial
audio input on your amp and not an ordinary analog audio input.
