Monitoring Centre Notification
When contacted by the monitoring centre, you
need to respond using your Password, you then
have two options.
To acknowledge and cancel - press 1.
This stops the monitoring centre from contacting
your next nominated contact or number. You do
this when you intend to act on the notification, or
if you are confident it is a false alarm (e.g. the
alarm was triggered as you entered the premises
or you are testing the system). Remember that if
you do not respond to the first alert, the
monitoring centre will call the next nominated
contact you have chosen.
To acknowledge, cancel and disable all notification
- press 3.
If you would like to stop the automated service
from calling you for a period of time, you can
select to disable the notification service from 1 to
12 hours. The alarm system will continue to
operate, but your notification service will be
cancelled for the period you have selected.
