DaB airStream 10 reception is poor

Check that the power lead is plugged into the back of the AirStream 10 and that

the mains adaptor is plugged in and switched on.
Turn off the AirStream 10, unplug the mains power. Leave for 1 minute and then
•
reconnect your AirStream 10.
Try a reset to factory defaults:
•
Press ‘Menu; Main Menu, ‘System setup; ‘Factory
reset’ and press the ‘Info’ button to confirm.
Note:
A reset to factory defaults will delete all of the network settings, station lists and
presets in your AirStream 10 and you will need to re-enter them as you did when you
first purchased the product.
If you are still experiencing any difficulty after making the above checks, please call
the helpdesk for further assistance. The helpdesk is open from 8.30am to 5.00pm,
Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be contacted on 0845 833 1673
(local rate call charge applies). The helpdesk may ask you for the software version of
your AirStream 10 and so it may be a good idea to have checked this before you call.
To check the software version of your AirStream 10:
Press ‘Menu; ‘Main Menu ‘lnfo. ‘Software version’.
To update the software version of your AirStream 10:
Press ‘Menu, ‘Main Menu, ‘System setup, ‘Software update’. A software update will
not affect any of the stored network settings, station lists or presets in your AirStream
10.
