CHARGING OF THE BATTERY OPERATED JEEP
1.Turn off the power of the battery operated jeep before you start charging the battery.
2.The charging output is located under the seat.

3.Connect the outlet of the charger to the charging adapter.
4.Connect the adapter of the charger to an electrical outlet of the central power grid.
5.Before use for the first time charge the battery from about 4 – 6 hours, but not more than 10 hours.
6.When the speed of the jeep starts to slow down obviously, this is an indication for battery low in charge.
Charge the battery.
7.After each use charge for 4 to 8 hours, but not more than 20 hours.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem: The jeep does not move
•
Cause 1:
The battery is exhausted:
Each time after use of the jeep, please, recharge the battery for at least 4 – 6 hours. Do not charge for more than 10 hours.
•
Cause 2:
Overloading –
See Figure A9
The thermal fuse has switched off. The battery operated jeep is equipped with self-restarting fuse. When the battery
operated jeep is overloaded or works improperly, the self-restarting fuse will turn off for about 15 – 20 seconds before it
starts working again. This fuse is located under the seat. In order to avoid the cut – off of the power by the fuse:
1.The maximum load capacity of the jeep is 30 kgs. The overload is forbidden.
2. Do not tie and drag anything behind the jeep.
3. Do not low any access of water or other liquids to the electric parts.
4. Do not change the electric system by yourself.

Cause 3:
The driving wheel is with loosen nuts.
If the nuts are not well tighten, the motor will not work well. Tighten the nuts with wrench.
•
Cause 4:
The battery plug or other wires are loose.
Make sure that the plugs of the battery or other cables are correctly connected and are not loose.
•
Cause 5:
The battery is damaged.
Contact the store you bought the product from or the importer.
•
Cause 6:
The electrical system is damaged.
Contact the store you bought the product from or the importer.
•
Cause 7:
The motor is damaged.
The motor must be repaired by a professional. Contact the store you bought the product from or the importer.
Problem:
The battery does not charge.
•
Cause 1:
The connector of the battery is loose.
Make sure that the connector of the battery cables and the connector of the charger are firmly connected.
•
Cause 2:
The charger is not plugged in.
Make sure that the charger is plugged in a socket of the main power grid and that there is electricity out of it.
•
Cause 3:
The charger does not work normally.
Check whether the charger is getting warm during charging. If not, the charger may be damaged and you must contact the
store you bought the product from or the importer, to repair the damage.
Problem:
The battery operated jeep does not move for a long time.
•
Cause 1:
The battery may not have enough charge.
May be you have not charged the battery for a long enough period of time. After each use or minimum once a month, charge
the battery for 8 – 12 hours. Do not charge for more than 20 hours.
•
Cause 2:
The battery is completely exhausted.
Usually the battery is with maximum life of 1 to 3 years.
Problem:
The charger makes buzzing sound during charging.
This is normal.
Problem:
The charger gets warm during charging.
This is normal. If the battery’ temperature is too high, check if the current flow is too strong or if there is any battery internal
short cut.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT
Cleaning:
1.Do not clean the product with a hose. Do not wash it with water and soap. Do not use the jeep, when it rains or snows.
Water may damage the motor, electric system or battery.
2.Clean the battery operated jeep with soft, dry cloth only. In order to restore the shine of the plastic parts, use polishing
agent for furniture
WITHOUT
wax. Do not use strong abrasive cleaning agents.
