ASSEMBLY STEPS
•
WARNING! Adult assembly required.
•Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges and sharp points in the vehicle’s unassembled state. Care
should be taken in unpacking and assembly of the vehicle. Do not allow the children to play with any of the parts or to
help in the assembly of the vehicle.
• Identify all parts before assembly and save all packing material until assembly is complete to ensure that no parts are
discarded
• After each step you must check if each part is correctly placed and well fixed. Follow strictly each step and study well
the assembly figures.
•
DO NOT over-tighten in order to avoid any damage.
1.Step 1 - Attaching the front wheels
– See Figure 1:
Attach a washer (Wa) on both sides of the front axle (FA).
After that attach the front wheels (W) and again place washers (Wa) on both sides on the front axle. Fix the wheels
using the cotter pin (P) on both sides of the axle. Finally attach the wheel covers (WC).
2.Step 2: Attaching the rear wheels
– See Figure 2:
Attach the rear gearboxes (gb) with the motors on both sides of
the rear axle (ra). Place and the rear wheels (W). Their cog wheels must fit to those of the gearboxes. Place the
washers (wa) on both sides and fix the wheels with the cotter pins (p). Finally, attach the wheel covers (Wc).
3.Step 3: Fixing the handlebar
– See Figures 3 and 5:
Connect the cables coming out of the steering wheel with
those from the
ATV’ body (Figure 5). Remove the screw from the steering fork. Place the steering wheel on top of the
fork by aligning the openings (rh) for the fixing screw. Slide the screw though those openings and fix it using nut and
screwdriver.
4.Step 4: Connecting the cables with battery terminals
– See Figure 4:
Connect the red
cable’s plug – in to the red
terminal of the battery. Warning! Connect the cables correctly. Never attach red cables to the black terminal or black
cables to the black terminal.
5.Step 5: Fixing the seat : Attach the seat to the ATV body. Fix it using the seat key.
6.Step 6: Attaching the stickers on the body of the ATV

See figure 9. There are shown the different stickers and
their position.
HOW TO OPERATE THE BO ATV
See Figure 6. On it are shown the different buttons: L
– lights; F/S/B – forward/ stop/ backwards; PS – power switch; P
– pedal.
Press the power button. Melodies will sound.
•To move the ATV forward: the Forward/ Stop/ Backward switch must be put in position Forward and press the foot
pedal. If the pedal is released, then the ATV stops moving.
•To move the ATV rearward: the Forward/ Stop/ Backward switch must be put in position Backward and press the foot
pedal. If the pedal is released, then the ATV stops moving.
•Put the Forward/ Rearward switch in position Stop in order to stop the ATV from moving.
•Using the steering wheel you can control the right/ left turning.

WARNING! IMPORTANT! Always stop vehicle when changing the speed or direction to avoid damage the gears and
motor
CHARGING THE BATTERY
ONLY AN ADULT CAN CHARGE AND RECHARGE THE BATTERY!
WARNING!!!
•
IN ORDER TO AVOID FIRE AND ELECTRIC SHOCK:
- NEVER USE battery or charger of other brand or another product. Always use only the rechargeable battery and adapter
provided with the bought product.
- Do not place the battery or adapter for another product. This may result in overheating, fire or explosion.

NEVER change the electric current. Making any changes to it may lead to short circuit, fire or explosion or the system may
permanently get damaged.

Do not allow Your child to charge the battery.
- DO NOT ALLOW DIRECT CONTACT BETWEEN THE TERMINALS OF THE BATTERY. THIS MAY LEAD TO FIRE OR
EXPLOSION.
•During the charging of the battery explosive gases, heat or flammable substances accumulate. Charge the battery in well
ventilated places ONLY.
- Never pick up the battery by its cable or adapter. This may lead to damaging of the battery resulting in a fire. Pick the
battery by the corpus
ONLY .
- Do no turn the battery backwards.
