HOW TO OPERATE THE BO SUV

See Fig. U:
1.Power button: Turn the power on and off.
2. Low speed forward/reverse shifter:
•To move the vehicle forward, shift the lever to top position (forward) and press the foot pedal. If you release the pedal,
•
WARNING! Adult assembly required. Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges and sharp points in the
vehicle’s
unassembled state. Care should be taken in unpacking and assembly of the vehicle. Do not allow the children to play with
any of the parts or to help in the assembly of the vehicle. Identify all parts before assembly and save all packing material
until assembly is complete to ensure that no parts are discarded.
•After each step you must check if each part is correctly placed and well fixed. Follow strictly each step and study well the
assembly figures.
•
DO NOT over-tighten in order to avoid any damage.
A.Step 1
– Attach the front bumper and the rear axle – See Fig. A:
1.Attach the plastic pins of the front bumper in the openings of the front body. Push until the bumper clicks in place.
2.Carefully turn the SUV body downside up. Firstly, remove all the parts from the rear axle. Attach one of the gearboxes to
the rear body. Insert the axle through the openings in the gearbox and the rear body. While sliding the axle, place the other
gearbox to the other part of the rear body. The axle must come out of the opening of the other gearboxes. Make sure that
the rear axle is centered with left and right ends exposed at the same distance outside of the vehicle body.
B.Step 2
– Attach the rear wheels – See Fig. B:
Attach the right rear wheel to the rear axle and make sure its driver fits to
the gearbox. Attach a
Ø12 washer to the rear axle. Fix the wheel using locknut and spanner. Repeat to attach and the other
rear wheel. Hint: additional spanner is provided to hold the locknut on one side of the rear axle, while tightening the
locknut on the other sude. Attach a split pin in the openings on each end of the rear axle. Bend the ends of the pins using
long nose plierts. Snap the hubcaps to the wheels.
C.Step 3 - Attach the Front Axle
– See Fig. C:
Remove any plastic ties from the front aaxle. Then:

plate so that the axle is in the correct position.

– 2. Then insert the M6x16 screw through the hole in the steering linkage, the Ø6 washer and the hole in the front axle
plate (ensure the steering linkage sits over the front axle plate as shown), attach the locknut and tighten securely. DO NOT
over tighten.
D.Step 4
– Fixing the front wheels – See Fig. D & GAP:
Remove all the parts from the front axle before attaching the
wheels.
1.Slide the
Ø12 washer onto the axle.
2.Attach the front wheel to the axle.
3.Slide
Ø12 washer onto the end of the axle coming out of the wheel.
4.Tighten a lock nut to the end of the front axle with a spanner. DO NOT overtighten!
5.Insert a split pin into the hole on the end of the front axle. Bend the ends of split pin using a long nose pliers (not included).
6.Snap the hubcap to the wheel.
Repeat the above procedure to assemble the other front wheel.

– After assembling any of the wheels to the axles, check the gap between the screw thread and the
collapsible. If the gap is too big, add one or two washers and tighten with locknut and spanner. Turn the wheel to check if it
moves freely and easy before fixing the hubcap. If the wheel
doesn’t move smoothly, the motor will be broken easily! Then
you need to decrease one or two washers, to make sure the wheel can run smoothly!
E.Step 5 - Attach the Steering wheel
– See Fig. E & F:
Turn the SUV, so that it stands on its wheels. If the product you
bought has active music buttons on the steering wheel, we recommend to place the batteries in the battery compartment
firstly. 1. Using a screwdriver remove the screw from the on the battery cover located in the center of the steering wheel. 2.
Remove the battery cover from the top of the battery compartment. 3. Insert 2x1.5 AA batteries in their correct polarities. 4.
Place the battery cover over the battery compartment and fasten with the screw you removed in step one. Remove the
M5x35 machine screw and
Ø5 nut from the steering wheel. 5. Place the steering wheel on top of the steering column. 6.
Align the holes on the steering wheel and steering column. They are designated for the machine screw. 7. Slide the M5x35
machine screw through them. Fasten it using a nut and screwdriver.
F.Step 6
– Attaching the front toy basket and connecting the power supply – See Figures G and H:
1. Fit the toy
basket to the bonnet. 2. Insert four
Ø4x16 screws and tighten them to fix the basket. 3. Plug the battery connector into the
vehicle connector.
G.Step 7
– Fix the seat – See Figure

: 1. Fit the seat back to the seat. 2. Fit the seat assembly to the vehicle body. 3.
Insert two M5x16 machine screws through the seat and into the vehicle, and tighten with a screwdriver. 4. Insert two
Ø4x16
screws through the seat back and into the vehicle body and tighten.
H.Step 8
– Assembling and attaching the rear frame – See Figure J:
1. Fit the rear rollbar support to the each end of the
rear rollbar linkage. 2. Insert a
Ø4x16 screw and tighten on each side. 3. Fit the rear rollbar assembly to the vehicle body. 4.
Tighten two
Ø4x16 screws on each side with a screwdriver.
I.Step 9
– Attaching the front frame – See Figure K:
1. Insert the front rollbar into the holes in the top side of the vehicle
body. Push until you hear it
“click” into place.
