TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Cause: The thermal fuse has switched off.
The battery operated car is equipped with self-restarting fuse.
When the battery operated car is overloaded or works improperly, the self-restarting fuse will turn off for about 2
minutes before it starts working again. This fuse is located under the seat.
•
Cause: The battery is completely exhausted.
Please, contact the store you bought the product from or the importer.

Cause: The electrical system is damaged.

Cause: The motor is damaged.

Problem: The battery does not charge.
•
Cause: The connector of the battery or the connector of the charger are loose.
Make sure that the connector of the battery cables and the connector of the charger are firmly connected.
•
Cause: The charger is not plugged in.
Make sure that the charger is plugged in a socket of the main power grid and that there is electricity out of it.
•
Cause: The charger does not work.
Check whether the charger is getting warm during charging. If not, the charger may be damaged and you must
contact the store you bought the product from or the importer, to repair the damage.
•
Cause: The connecting cable of the battery wire is loose.
Make sure that the connectors of the battery cables are firmly connected.
Problem: The battery operated car does not move for a long time.
•
Cause: The battery may not have enough charge.
May be you have not charged the battery for a long enough period of time. After each use or minimum once a
month, charge the battery for 8 – 12 hours. Do not charge for more than 15 hours.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT
• The body is made of polypropylene. Do not leave the car exposed to the harmful effect of direct sunlight. The
product must not be stored close to sources of heat, such as heating devices, ovens and cookers, because the
plastic parts may melt.
• Avoid driving the battery operated car in wet and snowy conditions. Do not clean it with soap and water. Water
or moist may cause corrosion of the motor or the electric switches, which can also lead to damage of the motor
and switches.
• Avoid the use of the product in sandy, muddy, dusty or gravelly terrains. This type of paving may lead to grains
of sand in the motor or the electric switches,; these parts may get clogged, resulting in their damaging.
• The car can be cleaned with soft dry cloth and the plastic parts can be wiped with soft cloth and a polish for
furniture without wax. Do not use car wax. Do not use soap and water and do not spray the product with a hose.
• Do not modify the electric system. If any damage occurs, the battery operated car must be examined and
repaired by a specialist. Any modifications of the electric circuit may lead to generation of sparks and occurrence
of fire, which may cause serious injuries of your child and may also lead to damage of the electric system.

Each time after use of the car, please, recharge the battery for the time indicated in this instruction manual. The
battery must be charged at least once a month. Please, charge for 8 -12 hours, but no more than 15 hours.
•Regularly before each use check the main parts of the battery operated car – wheels, steering wheel, seat,
body and battery. The wheels must rotate freely when turned, there must be no broken parts in the seat and
body, etc. If you find any damage of the product, do not try to repair it by yourself, otherwise the warranty will be
voided. For that purpose contact the seller you bought the product from, the importer or manufacturer.
• If you are going to use the product for a long time, store it at a dry and well ventilated place, like before you
must have removed all batteries from the product and charged the rechargeable battery. Charge the battery at
least once a month in order to maintain its life.
