PARTS DIAGRAM

 

The assembly must be performed by an adult, which takes about 20 minutes.

assembled at the factory.

ASSEMBLY  STEPS

 

1. Driving wheel installation – FIGURE 1: 

• Mount in the following order on the rear axle: 
Motor 

 Wheel 

 Hubcap. 

2. Front wheels installation – FIGURE 2: 

• Observe the instructions and place in the following order: 
Washer 

 Wheel 

  Hubcap. 

3. Steering wheel installation – FIGURE 3: 

Connect  the  bushing  of  the  steering  wheel  and  the  bushing  of  the  car.  Place  the  steering  wheel  in  the  upper  end  of  the 
steering  shaft,  which  comes  out  of  the  car’s  body.  Align  the  openings  of  the  steering  wheel  and  the  steering  shaft, 
designated for the fixing screw. Insert the machine screw through the openings of the steering wheel and steering shaft and 
fasten it with  the nut and the screwdriver. 

4. Windshield installation – FIGURE 4: 

Place  the  windshield  on  its  intended    position  on  the  car’s  body.  Align  the  openings  of  the  car’s  body  with  those  of  the 
ornamental frame, which are intended for the fastening screws. Afterwards with the help of the screws fasten the frame to 
the body .  

5. Spoiler installation – FIGURE 5: 

Place the spoiler on its intended position on the car’s body.  
• With the help of the screws fasten to the body. 

6. Side mirrors installation – FIGURE 6: 

Place the side mirrors at their intended positions on the car’s body. Press carefully down, until  you hear a clicking sound 
signifying their fastening. 

7. Connecting the battery operated car’s cables: 

Connect the bushing of the red cable with the red terminal. 

DO NOT CONNECT BLACK BUSHING WITH RED TERMINAL. 

8. Seat installation – FIGURE 8: 

Remove  the  screws  of  the  place  for  the  seat  on  the  car’s  body.  Place  the  seat,  the  plastic  pins  of  the  rear  part  of  the 
backrest must fit the respective openings of the car’s body. Press carefully down, until the seat is fastened. Fix it with the 
screws you removed earlier and the seat knob. Do not overtighten the screws, in order to avoid damaging any of the parts.
