Troubleshooting guide
Symptoms Probable Cause/Corrective Action
There is a click noise with every pedal
revolution (increases with the weight). The pedals are not tight. Tighten them or change pedals.
The crank is loose. Check, tighten.
The base bearing is loose. Contact your dealer for service.
Scratching sound is heard when pedalling. Check that the carriage block is taken off and that none of the covers is
scratching.
There is a click noise and a squeak noise
when pedalling. Loosen the chain.
