THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER OF THE ROADMASTER CHASSIS AND ANY

PERSON TO WHOM THE ROADMASTER CHASSIS IS TRANSFERRED, AND ANY PERSON
WHO IS AN INTENDED OR UNINTENDED USER OR BENEFICIARY OF THE ROADMAS-
TER CHASSIS, SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM WARRANTOR ANY CON-
SEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE
MOTORHOME. THE EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
SHALL BE DEEMED INDEPENDENT OF, AND SHALL SURVIVE, ANY FAILURE OF THE
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
