tion We recommend cleaning the mask after each use. Remove
the filter; clean the facepiece with warm water (max. 50°C). If
necessary, use a neutral cleaning agent and an alcohol-based
disinfectant. To clean the valve membrane, remove it from the
holder. To remove the filter, refer to the instruction manual for gas
and particulate filters. Dry the mask thoroughly before storing it.
Storage Keep the 8000 mask sealed in a dry, uncontaminated
environment. Protect it against sunlight and sources of heat. The
name of the wearer and a record of the filter changes can be
noted on the packaging. Exhalation Valve (Spare Part -Set No.
8091) Check the exhalation valve and the valve seat for contam-
ination, deformation, fractures or cracks. If necessary, replace
the valve membrane, every 4 years at the latest. Please note date
of replacement. Inhalation Valve Check the inhalation valve on
the inside of the filter for contamination, deformation, fractures or
cracks. If necessary, replace the filter. Head Straps (Spare Part
-Set No. 8091) Check the head straps for deformation, fractures
or cracks. If necessary, replace the strap. All warranties are void
if the product is not stored, used, maintained and serviced ac-
cording to the instructions provided here or if the product is not
used in accordance with the relevant regulations.

filter for your application.
