CHARGING A HOT BATTERY PACK
When using t he t ool cont inuously, t he bat t eries in
t he bat t ery pack will become hot . You should let a
hot bat t ery pack cool down for approximat ely 30
minut es before at t empt ing t o recharge. When t he
bat t ery pack becomes discharged and is hot , t his will
cause t he green LED t o come on inst ead of t he red
LED. Aft er 30 minut es, reinsert t he bat t ery pack in
t he charger. If t he green LED cont inues t o remain on,
ret urn bat t ery pack t o your nearest M okeneye

Battery tools are alw ays in
operating condition. Therefore,
remove the battery w hen assembling parts,
making adjustments, cleaning, w hen the tool is
not in use, or w hen carrying it at your side.
Removing the battery pack w ill prevent
accidental starting that could cause serious
personal injury.
To attach the battery pack:
•
Align t he ribs of t he bat t ery pack w it h t he
mount ing slot s in t he blow er's bat t ery port .
•
Press t he bat t ery pack t ow ard t he blow er body
unt il it snaps int o posit ion.
NOTICE:
M ake sure t hat t he bat t ery pack is
secured t o t he blow er before beginning operat ion.
NOTICE:
When placing t he bat t ery pack ont o t he
t ool, be sure t hat t he raised rib on t he bat t ery pack
aligns w it h t he groove inside t he t ool and t hat t he
lat ches snap int o place properly. Improper
at t achment of t he bat t ery pack can cause damage
t o int ernal component s.
To detach the battery pack:
Depress t he bat t ery-release but t on locat ed on t he
front of t he bat t ery pack t o release t he bat t ery
pack. Pull t he bat t ery pack out and remove it from
t he t ool.

a. Short pipe connection
To clean up t he w orkbench, just connect t he front
blow pipe.

Align t he knobs inside t he front t ube w it h t he
grooves in t he blow er housing. Push t he t ube
ont o t he blow er housing and rot at e clockw ise
unt il it snaps int o place (Fig. 3a). Pull on t he t ube
t o ensure t hat it is securely at t ached t o t he
blow er.
b. Extension tube connection
An ext ension t ube can be inst alled for ground blow
w ork.

Align t he knobs inside t he front t ube w it h t he
grooves in t he ext ension t ube. Push t he front
t ube ont o t he ext ension pipe and rot at e
clockw ise unt il it snaps int o place (Fig. 3b). Pull
on t he front t ube t o ensure t hat it is securely
at t ached t o t he ext ension t ube.

t he grooves in t he blow er housing. Push t he t ube
ont o t he blow er housing and rot at e clockw ise
unt il it snaps int o place (Fig. 3c). Pull on t he t ube

ensure t hat it is securely at t ached t o t he blow er.

t he front t ube ont o t he blow er and rot at e

t he front t ube t o ensure t hat it is securely
