System Leak Test

The

System Leak Test

function is primarily to be used for checking the tightness of the

system when a the test head or a single hand-held needle is connected to the device.

NOTE! System tightness is especially important when performing leak tests.



1. Make sure that the accessory’s “Feed” and “Sense” hoses



are properly connected to the

device.

2. If accessory is fitted with a needle



, remove it and fit the “Blind” plug



instead. The

plug fits on the outside of the small needle



. Make sure that the O-ring



is present and

intact.

CAUTION! The “Blind” plug should only be hand tightened - do not use any
tools.
