10 M100 Fault diagnostics
This chapter explains some possible solutions to common errors.
10.0.1 All eggs are not dropped in the receiverset but instead go to the end of the
machine
Check following:
- Egg Check sensor - Input X9-16, DL14
- Chain sensor - Input X9-13, DL6
- Dropset Stop Sensor - Input DL 21
- Power Down/Up machine
10.0.2 Machine starts, Lineair actuator does not move, all eggs to the end of the machine
and the machine is not able to stop. (unless by emergency stop)
Check following:
- Encoder main motor
- Wirring encoder main motor
10.0.3 Only the first egg in a row go to the end of the machine, error symbol on screen
Error message on display:
Check following:
- Encoder signal A and B from Linear Actuator
LED DL44 and DL45
- Outputs from the MSW1 to the Unlock control unit.
Barposition 1 - DL79
Barposition 2 - DL80
Barposition 3 - DL81
Barposition 4 - DL82
10.0.4 Dropset go down and lane does not pull-up, all eggs are dropped on top of each
other, machine does not stop.
Check following:
- Dropset Check sensor - Input DL20
The first egg go to the end of the machine, the following eggs in row will
drop into the receiverset. But the first egg after a empty carrier will go to
the end of the machine.
