7.2.1 Different Version of the MSW1
The first MSW1 board (Part # 78901057) was installed in the Farm packer series 185300 and higher.
The Software versions of the board run up to Version 2.8
The Xilings on the board is Type SX3S250.
New Version MSW1 Dec 2009.
From Farm packer series a new MSW1 board (Part # 7801530) is installed.
The Software version of the board is Version 3.0 and Higher.
The Xilings has a larger memory XC3S500.

Do not use Software versions 3+ on the old MSW1 (7801057) Boards
7.2.2 Conversion kit MSW-5 (Machine number 18.5400 up)
Beginning 2013 an update was introduced on the MSW-1 Board, because of several reasons:
• Unlock hang-ups
• Touch screen lost and/or wrong settings
• Sometimes power down necessary after EM stop
• Uncontrolled movement possible when in stop mode.

During this update a new Board (MSW-5)is added on the MSW-1. The software from the touch panel has
to be updated Version 4,2. The software of the MSW-1 is Updated to V3,4.
The function of the MSW-5 is to give a total Reset to the Unlock unit after the machine is made operational
The MSW-5 is plugged on the board See fig. 27 (1). Connections See fig. 27(2)..
