SENSOR SETTINGS
An initial verification of the detection area can be carried out by turning the TIME dial to the TEST setting (see
Fig. 4). In test mode the sensor is initially activated for approximately 1 minute, then for three seconds every
time motion is detected.

SENSOR SETTINGS
An initial verification of the detection area can be carried out by turning the TIME dial to the TEST setting (see
Fig. 4). In test mode the sensor is initially activated for approximately 1 minute, then for three seconds every
time motion is detected.

Once the detection area is verified, the sensor duration can be set via the TIME dial - from a minimum of 10
seconds to a maximum of 15 minutes. The lux setting can be adjusted via the LUX dial - from a minimum of 5
lux (indicated by the moon icon) to daylight (indicated by the sun icon). When set to daylight, the sensor will
activate when movement is detected regardless of the ambient light level.
The field of detection can be adjusted left or right by rotating the ring around the PIR (see Fig. 5). Positions A,
B, or C can be set, or any position in between.

Specific zones within the detection area can be blocked if required by using the blanking inserts provided (see
Fig. 6). Each section of blanking insert covers a zone of a 30

angle.
