When installing the Retaining Screw, do not "cross-thread" and DO NOT over tighten the screw.

Install Diamond Blade onto
Blade Shaft.
(D)
Place the Blade Wrench on the
Blade Retaining Nut and remove
the Blade Retaining Nut and
Outer Flange.
(F)
Verify the Directional Arrow of
the Blade faces outward and
matches the Directional Arrow of
the Blade Guard.
(H)
Close the Blade Guard and
tighten the Blade Guard
Retaining Knob.
(G)
Install the Outer Flange and
Retaining Nut; install the Shaft
Wrench and Blade Wrench as
shown in Step D and tighten the
Retaining Nut.
(I)
Tighten the Blade Guard
Retaining Wingnut.
Diamond Blades improperly used are dangerous. Comply with American National Standards Institute
Safety Code, B7.1 and, Occupational Safety and Health Act covering Speed, Safety Guards, Flanges,
Mounting Procedures, General Operating Rules, Handling, Storage and General Machine Conditions.
