ASSEMBLY
When installing the diamond blade retaining-bolt, ensure the threads of the bolt are aligned
with the threads of the drive shaft so as not to “cross-thread” the bolt.
(C)
Locate the Blade Retaining Bolt
and the Outer Flange.
(B)
Push Lock Button. Open the
Blade Guard cover.
NOTE:
Diamond Blade Installation

Locate Blade Guard lock.
(D)
Loosen the Blade Retaining Bolt
while holding the Shaft Wrench
steady. Remove the Blade Retain-
ing Screw and Outer Flange.
(F)
Install the Outer Flange. Verify
it is seated against the blade.
(E)
Install the Diamond Blade onto
the Blade Shaft. Ensure arrow is
pointed in direction of rotation.
(G)
Install the Blade Retaining Bolt.
(H)
Tighten Blade Retaining
Bolt while holding the Blade
Shaft steady.

Mounting Procedures, General Operating Rules, Handling, Storage and General Machine Conditions.
