Before contacting
for repairs
If the cord of the control unit is damaged, replace it with a new one.
1. Turn the rubber cover and remove it.
2. Pull out the ring of the connector inside.
3. Place the ring of the connector of the new cord upward and insert it.
4. Turn the rubber cover and tighten it.

Detachment/Attachment of the cord of the control unit
Follow the instruction below in case of a faulty operating table or control unit.
1. Turn the power switch OFF and remove the power cord from the wall outlet.
2. Put up an "Out of Order" or "Do Not Use" sign on the operating table.
In case of malfunction
- Please contact your local distributor or the manufacturer for
maintenance or repair. The operating table should only be
serviced or maintained by authorized personnel.
- Do not disassemble the table. Unauthorized disassembling
may cause a fire, electric shock or malfunction.
- In order to prevent infection, be sure to clean and disinfectant
the operating table.

the date of delivery / installment except for cases of damage caused by a third party’s repair, act
