Inspection and Cleaning
Before Requesting Repairs
Non-Fault Cases
The following states may be normal operation instead of a fault.
Action Upon Fault
When the surgical table is faulty, take following action:
1. Turn off the power and remove the power cord from the medical outlet.
2. Put an “OUT OF ORDER” or “DO NOT USE” sign on the surgical table main unit.
3. Ask your dealer or MIZUHO for repairs.
4. Disinfect the surgical table.
To prevent possible infection, disinfect the surgical table and accessories before
requesting repairs.
