This jumper is used to disable the motherboard VGA. When
JP14 is open the motherboard VGA is disabled, when closed
motherboard VGA is enabled.

The motherboard VGA should only be disabled if a video
adapter card is installed in the system.

JP16

JP2 is used to enable the ADI2 chip, if one is fitted. When JP16
is open the ADI2 chip is enabled, when closed the ADI2 chip
is disabled.

JP19

JP19 must always be closed.
