[Function]
Returns whether the robot is in the user-defined area.
Bits 0 through 7 correspond to areas 1 to 8 and each bit displays the following information.
1 : Within user-defined area
0 : Outside user-defined area

[Terminology]
<Numeric Variable>
Specifies the numerical variable to assign.
<Mechanism Number>
Enter the mechanism number. 1 to 3, If the argument is omitted, 1 is set as the
default value.
[Reference Program]
1 M1=M_Uar(1)
' M1 indicates whether the robot is within or outside the user-defined area.
The value 4 indicates that the robot is in the user-defined area 3.
