STARTING 

   

 Motor

 

 

 

   Remove the floor console.

(Refer to GROUP 

 Console.)

 Take out the theft-alarm starter relay.
 Connect battery to terminal 2 and check continuity between

terminals with terminal 4 grounded.

Power is supplied

 terminals

Continuity 

Power is not supplied

 terminals

2-4 terminals

No continuity

Clean both surfaces of starter motor flange and rear plate.
