Installation

Installation sequence of the cylinder head is reverse

order of removal. Pay attention to the following:

Renew the cylinder head gasket. Any sealant is

not necessary. The engine model is printed on the

upper front of the gasket. Be careful not to confuse

with a gasket for other engine model.

Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the numerical

order shown in the figure at right. Tighten each bolt

a little two or three times in total until all are

tightened to the specified torque.

When connecting the injection pipe assembly,

loosen the pipe clamp first.

When tightening the nut at each end of pipe, hold

the nozzle holder or delivery valve holder with a

wrench to prevent from being turned together with

the nut.

Also, be careful not to allow dust to enter the fuel

line.
