OPERATING PROCEDURE

PHOTOS&ILLUSTRATIONS

1. Removing the air intake grille

(1) Slide the lever in the direction of the arrow 

1

.

(2) Open it 90 deg.
(3) Slide the intake grill in the direction of the arrow 

2

and

remove it.

(4) Slide the two knobs on the left and right in the direction of

the arrow 

3

and remove the filter.

3. Removing the fan motor

(1) Loosen two screws to remove the bell mouth.
(2) Remove the clamp screws (2) from the fan motor lead.
(3) Remove the capacitor wires.
(4) Remove the fan motor setting screws (3).

2. Removing the electrical box

(1) Pull the knob to remove the room temperature thermistor.
(2) Remove the screw from the box cover.
(3) Grasp the lead lines and pull them out.
(4) Remove the 2 mounting screws from the box.
(5) Remove the connectors from the box.
(6) Pull out the box.
