Connection Method
Use this product as following.
(1
）
Connect the Ethernet cable to one of the five Ethernet ports. (Order not specified)

）
Confirm that the connector connected to each port is accurately mounted.

）
Connect the power cable to P1 or P2 & - on the power terminal block, and the ground wire to the
FG(Frame Ground) . Turn the 10 to 30VDC power ON.
(4
）
All LEDs will light for approximately one second. If all connected units are in the link state, the status
indicator LED for the port to which the cable is connected and the port communication speed
indicator LED will light or blink, and communication will start.
(Refer to Table 3.3 in section 3. Specifications for details on the lighting and blinking patterns.)

Precautions for wiring and use
(1
）
Always connect the type of Ethernet cable specified in this User’s Manual.
(2
）
When connecting an Ethernet cable, the cable length and working temperature range may be
limited.Always refer to the specifications for the cable being used and connect it correctly.
(3
）
Securely connect the connector until a “click” is heard.
(4
）
Make sure that the cable’s weight or tension is not directly applied on the connector.
The transmission loss could increase, and the wires could break.
(5)
When connecting a repeater hub with a cascade connection, the number of connected levels and
cable length may be limited. (For more details, refer to the instruction manual for the applicable
repeater hub.)

Installation method

Installation on DIN rail
It is possible to install this product on DIN rail (35mm).

）
Hang the upper part of DIN rail attachment on DIN rail.

）
Push the lower part of this product until it sounds "click".
（
Detaching method
）
Remove the lower hook from the DIN rail while moving the main body
downward.
Please do not attach this product upside down.
