8. Set up the SMTP server (

your IT manager to set up an SMTP connector for the Exchange Server
and to enter the fax domain in the Exchange Server.
9. Install the fax client application on the fax users' PCs. To do so, open the

view, send the installation link or
start the installation directly if you are working from the destination com-
puter.
To set up the fax service on the communication server via an analogue net-
work interface, proceed as follows:

2. Assign the fax server as routing destination for the fax trunk group (

3. Enter as base number the entire external call numbers of the fax extension
in canonical format (

4. In the fax recipient's user settings, select the set fax number and assign the
user a cover page (

5. Check whether an e-mail address has been entered (
