Dial the extension number you wish to transfer the call to

Either announce the call to the person you are transferring to and hang up or hang up
straight away.

If the extension is programmed under a key you don’t need to press the transfer key
first.
Redial:

Press the redial key
Mute:

You can mute the handset or speaker while on a call. This allows you to hear them
but they cannot hear you.

Press the Mute key to enable and disable this feature.
Volume:

You can change the volume of the call and the volume of the ringtone using the up
and down arrow keys.
