2.3.2 SECOND ROW DISPLAY
The second row display is divided into two parts. The source (left) side shows the first
connection being handled by the console. It is usually an incoming call, however, it can
be an outgoing call, as in the case of PBX operator placing a call from the PBX console.
The destination (right) side shows the second connection being handled by the
console. The most common situation is that of an extension to which an incoming call
is being extended.
The second row display provides the following information:
The diagram below illustrates where the information is shown and underneath are all
acronyms listed that might appear in that section of the display.
RECALL Recall call
REROUTED Call is rerouted
SERIAL Serial call
