6. At the login screen enter the following default user name and password:
User name: admin
Password: admin
Note : You can reset the stand to the default configuration values (including the username and
password) using the RESET button on the IP DECT Stand. Press and hold the RESET button for
greater than 10 seconds to reset the stand configuration to the default values.
7. You use the menu items in left frame of the web page to perform the configuration. The following
steps provide basic configuration of a handset. Refer to IP DECT Stand Configuration Notes on
page 17 for additional details.

8. In the left frame of the configurator web interface, click VoIP Account 1 .
9. Enter the following information. Leave the other fields at the defaults.
Field Setting
Server is Local Yes
Display Name Enter the name assigned to this handset. If you
assigned a user name
to this handset’s directory
number in the User Configuration form on the
MCD, it appears in this field.
Note that the Display Name is not the name that
appears in the handset display. You configure the
handset display name on the
Telephone
Settings page, under Outgoing Identity to be
used for
in the “Handset name” field.
