Problem and possible solutions
Sound is weak.

Increase the volume.

Gently close the battery compartment
completely.

Clean the hearing aid.
●
Replace the empty battery.
●
Ask your Hearing Care Specialist to exchange the
wax protection and/or the microphone cover.
Hearing aid emits whistling sounds.

Reinsert the hearing aid until it fits securely.

Decrease the volume.
