Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Miomare MAS 22 B1
drain plug.
Intended use
This Miomare MAS 22 B1 drain plug is suitable only for
closing standard eccentric drain fittings with an inside
diameter of about 40 mm. The drain plug may only be
used privately and not for industrial or commercial
purposes.
Safety instructions
DANGER! It poses a suffocation
risk!
Always keep the drain plug and plastic packaging away
from children. Small parts may come loose from the drain
plug and cause choking resulting in death or serious injury.

Loosen the screw as shown in Figure A. Turn the screw until
the drain plug is of the same length as the drain plug to be
replaced.
If the original drain plug is no longer present, we
recommend that you turn the screw almost completely.
Ensure that the screw is tightened enough in the thread
because it could fall into the drain otherwise.
Insert the drain plug into the drain. Now test the set length
and adjust it again if necessary. Once you have set the
correct length, secure the screw with the nut as shown in
Figure B. Ensure that the nut is tightened firmly and cannot
come loose because the screw could come loose otherwise
and fall into the drain.
Perform a leak check as described in the following section
"Maintenance".
Maintenance
Perform a leak check by closing the drain fitting with the
drain plug. Now fill the sink halfway with water and check
whether the water level changes. If the water level changes,
check the set length of the drain plug as described in the
section "Installation".
Cleaning
Remove the drain plug from the drain fitting. Remove the
hair from the hair sieve.
Disposal of the packaging
Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally compatible
manner. Cardboard can be put out for municipal paper
collections or brought to public collection points for
recycling. Films and plastic used for packaging the device
are collected by your local disposal services and disposed
of in an environmentally compatible manner.
Warranty of TARGA GmbH
This device is sold with three years warranty from the date
of purchase. Please keep the original receipt in a safe
place as proof of purchase. Before using your product for
the first time, please read the enclosed documentation.
Should any problems arise which cannot be solved in this
way, please call our hotline. Please have the article number
and, if available, the serial number to hand for all
enquiries. If it is not possible to solve the problem on the
phone, our hotline support staff will initiate further servicing
procedures depending on the fault. Within the warranty
period the product will be repaired or replaced free of
charge as we deem appropriate. No new warranty period
commences if the product is repaired or replaced.
Consumables such as batteries, rechargeable batteries and
lamps are not covered by the warranty.
Your statutory rights towards the seller are not affected or
restricted by this warranty.
