The copy is blurry.
The paper is damp. Replace the paper.
The image is
uneven.
The entire surface of the
original glass is dirty. Clean the original glass,
see page 7-1.
The original pad or
document transport belt is
dirty. Clean the original pad and/
or document transport belt;
see page 7-1.
The original is very thin or
highly transparent. Place a blank sheet of paper
over the original.
The original is 2-sided. Manually set the exposure
to a lighter level, see page 4-
45.
The edge of the
copy is dirty.
The Original Pad is dirty. Clean the original pad;

Original is not placed in the
correct position. Place the original on the
original glass correctly; see

The copy paper size is larger
than the original. Select the same copy paper
size as the original.
The zoom factor selected is
