NOTE:

When the RS-232 connector is used for DIAP, barcode power

must be set to OFF.

13.

Aim the bar code scanner at the target bar code. Adjust the field of view to capture the

bar code.

14.

Hold the trigger until the bar code scanner beeps, indicating the bar code is successfully

decoded. The indication lamp turns green and scanned characters are displayed on the

monitor.

Contact Technical Support if the bar code scanner does not work as described.
