Repair Information

Disassembly Instructions

3.5.1

Removal of the Key Panel and Keys

Place the unit on a protective surface.

Carefully remove the knob with a pair of pliers that have protection on the jaws. Some

pliers may damage the knob.

FIGURE 3-1

Remove the knob

Release the key panel’s four clips from the bottom of the unit with a flat-bladed

screwdriver.

FIGURE 3-2

Release the key panel clips

Remove the key panel from the front.

Remove the keys and place to the side with the key panel.
