Application Notes

Single speed potentiometer control of
multiple drives

Multiple drives can be controlled with a single speed adjust
potentiometer using a PCM4 at the input of each drive to
provide isolation (Figure 19). Optional ratio potentiometers can
be used to scale the PCM4 output voltage, allowing
independent control of each drive.
