Answer the frequently asked questions and troubles from customers.

There is no gloss of silver and metallic color

Please check the settings of following items.

Setting item

Settings

Check the settings of the
[DRYING TIME] and the
[LOGICAL SEEK]

• Follow the page 3 "Printer setting", make sure "DRYING TIM = 0.0s", and

"LOGICAL SEEK = OFF".

Check the printing conditions
of silver plate and metallic
color plate.

• Profile

Make sure that the metallic color profile including the [Si] in the name of the media
has been applied.

•

Density adjustment

If you have made a density adjustment of silver ink, make sure that the color
adjustment set is applied.

• Color matching

Set the "ColorMatching OFF".
