CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before commencing cleaning, ensure that the mains electrical supply is
switched OFF and the cord set is removed from the appliance. Wait
until the appliance is at room temperature before commencing to clean
it.

Never immerse the appliance into water, or allow moisture to
contact with it.

When it is necessary, the exterior surfaces may be cleaned with a
soft damp cloth. Never use any chemical or abrasive solution to
clean the appliance.

The inner pot, rice scoop may be cleaned with soapy lukewarm
water and wipe with dry cloth until it is clean.

Remove any foreign matters that are trapped on the heating
element with fine sandpaper and wipe off with damp cloth.

Check the condensation collector frequently and pour any water
found inside. Wash under a running tap and replace to their original
position.

Occasionally clean the Steam valve
Remove method: Hold the rear of steam valve, rotate to anti-
clockwise.
Installing method: Align the shaft and turn clockwise till fully
attached.
