Test Drawer
.
If the cash drawer opens, the configuration is complete and the drawer is ready to use.
If the cash drawer does not open, verify you have the correct port selected in the
Cash Drawer Port
field
and click
Test Drawer
again.
Important
: If you are unable to get the cash drawer to open, contact Business Support for further
assistance.

: If you want to configure the receipt printer to operate in a Remote Desktop Services/Terminal Services
environment, refer to page 41 to proceed with
