6.8 Cover cleaning
The underside of the mower deck should be cleaned after each use to prevent
a build-up of grass clippings, leaves, dirt, or other matter. If this debris is
allowed to accumulate, it will invite rust and corrosion, and can prevent proper
mulching.
Deck can be cured by machining and fitting a suitable tool (make sure spark
plug wire is disconnected).

7.1 Spark plug
Use only original replacement spark plugs. For best results, replace the spark
plug every 100 hours of use.
7.2. Brake pads
Check and / or replace the engine brake pads at an official dealer regularly and
use original parts as replacement.

Attention: Disconnect the spark plug before servicing.

CLEANING
Caution: Do not hose down the engine. Water can damage the engine or
contaminate the fuel system.
•
Clean the platform with a dry cloth.
•
Use hose under deck by tilting machine so spark plug is up.
9.1 ENGINE AIR FILTER
Do not allow dirt or dust to clog the air filter foam element. The engine air
damper element should be serviced (cleaned) after 25 hours of normal mowing.
The air filter should be serviced regularly if the machine is used in dry and dusty
conditions.
To clean the air filter
1. Press two tab heads on top of air filter cover to disengage and pull out.

2. Remove the cap.
3. Wash the filling element with soapy water. Do not use gasoline.
4. Air dry.
5. Reinstall the filter.
Note: Replace the filter if it is frayed, torn, damaged, or cannot be cleaned
