Internet Explorer Setting
When using IE 4.x and later versions, you must modify the browser setting
to enable Java applets to use network ports. Internet Explorer 5.0 detailed
instructions follow:
Select
Tools
from the menu bar and then select
Internet Options…
to
enable Java applets.
