Here you can change selected voice gender or language of your device. To
apply these settings please restart the device.
11.6 Date
Change the date set in the device.
11.7 Time Zone
Change the configured time zone.
11.8 Distance units
Select either metric (kilometers. meters) or imperial (miles, feet) units.
11.9 Book Reader
Change default playback speed of your audiobooks.
11.10 Device Info
Get your serial number, installed software version.
11.11 Calibrating the compass
All devices have factory-calibrated compass, however if you receive erroneous
information about the direction during navigation you can re-calibrate the
compass.
To calibrate the compass select
Compass calibration
in the settings menu. You
will hear a brief statement describing the process. Rotate the device around
all axes for about 15-25 seconds. The device will inform you when the
calibration has finished.

For information on the geographic directions use compass function, press OK
button and then rotate the device.

Connect to PC
You have a choice of two modes:
copy files
and
update
. For updating your
device see
Updates
.
Copying files
can be used if you wish to save your files from the devices
memory eg. music or books or remove stored files in way you do when you use a
flash drive (memory stick). The files of particular types should be saved in
the appropriate directories in the device memory. For example: mp3, wav, ogg
and similar should be saved in music directory, book directory is for audio
books, maps in maps.
The Tser can set up any folders on the device, but music and books must be
put in the appropriate dedicated directories. Only such a structure of
files/directories enable correct operation of the device.
Warning
: The upgrade option should be used with care, using only the files
provided by the manufacturer. The manufacturer is not responsible for any
damage resulting from attempts of using the update files from other sources.

Dedicated Favourites button
After pressing the button you can add or change description of your favourite
points or use the navigation features based on such points.
