7 Instruction Manual
Using the chopper attachment:
You can chop meat, cheese, onions, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes, herbs,
bread, biscuits and nuts, but do not chop extremely hard foods like nutmeg, coffee
beans, ice cubes, spices or chocolate, as these foods will damage the chopper blade.
Before chopping:
Ÿ Remove any bones, tendons, and gristles from meat.
Ÿ Pre cut meat (2x2x2 cm), cheese, onions (100 g), garlic, carrots (200 g), etc….
Ÿ Remove stalks from herbs and un-shell nuts.
1. Open the chopper lid and carefully fit the chopper blade in the bowl (Caution: the
blade is very sharp!)
2. Place the food to be chopped in the bowl.
3. Fit the chopper lid and lock it in place.
4. Place the motor unit on the chopper assembly and lock it in place as shown in the
pictures above.
5. Plug the appliance in the wall socket.
6. Hold the appliance and the chopper bowl tightly then press the power button in
short bursts to obtain best results. Do not hold the power button down for more
than 60 seconds at a time.
7. You can adjust the speed conveniently during operation by turning the speed
adjustment dial. You may also use the turbo button for instant powerful pulses
without having to manipulate the speed adjustment dial.
