Safety Instructions

Please carefully read the instructions before using your appliance for the first 

time. Any  use  that  does  not  conform  to  the  following  instructions  does  not  hold               

 accountable and cancels your product’s warranty.

with reduced physical, sensory or mental 

capabilities, or lack of experience and 

knowledge, if they are given supervision or 

instructions concerning the usage of the 

appliance by a person responsible for their 

safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure 

that they do not play with the appliance. 

 

Ÿ

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be 

made by children without supervision.

Keep the appliance and its cord out of 

reach of children

appliance. Any connection error cancels the 

appliance warranty.

Do not operate or place any part of this 

appliance on or near any hot surfaces (such 

as gas or electric burner or in a heated 

oven).

Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a 

table or counter. Do not let the cord touch 

hot surfaces.

 

Ÿ

Never yank on the cord as this may 

damage the cord and eventually cause a 

risk of electric shock.

 

Ÿ

To disconnect the appliance, grasp the plug 

and remove from the outlet. Never pull, 

twist or wrap the cord to avoid damaging it.

Unplug from outlet when not in use, or 

before cleaning. Let it cool down before 

cleaning.

Do not clean with metal scouring pads. 

Pieces can break off the pad and touch 

electrical parts, creating a risk of electric 

shock.

Keep the appliance on flat, stable and heat-

resisting surfaces.

Distance the appliance from water splashes.

Always ensure that food is cooked in a pan 

or sauce pan, do not attempt to cook food 

directly on the hot plate.

Do not allow this appliance to touch 

curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dish 

towels or other flammable material during 

use.

 

Ÿ

Extreme caution should be exercised when 

using containers made from anything other 

than metal or glass.

 

Ÿ

Do not place any of the following materials 

on top of the appliance: cardboard, plastic, 

paper, or anything similar.

 

Ÿ

To avoid the risk of fire, do not operate in 

the presence of explosive and/or flammable 

fumes. Always wear protective, insulated 

oven mitts when placing or removing items 

from the hot plate surface.

 

Ÿ

Oil and fat being heated are not to be left 

unattended without adult supervision.

 

Ÿ

Never leave this appliance unattended 

during use.
