Before your first use
Unpack your appliance and remove all packaging (stickers, papers, plastic bags, etc…)
before use.
Keep your proof of purchase, then read carefully the instructions.
1. Open the lid (A) by pressing the lid-opening button (B).
2. Lift the basket (C). Wash the basket and the bowl (D) with warm water and washing
soap. Rinse and dry gently.
Using the appliance
Adding oil or other fats
Open the lid by clicking on the opening button (B). Lift the basket (C).
3. If you are using oil, pour it in the bowl up to the “max” level, which is about 1.8 liters.
Never exceed the “max” level indicated on the bowl. If you are using solid fat, do
not exceed 1800 grams, cut it into pieces and melt it in a separate pan, then pour
the liquid into the bowl. Never melt solid fats inside your appliance’s basket or bowl.
4. Close the lid till you hear a “click” sound, then plug your fryer.

5. Switch on your machine pressing on the ON/OFF switch (F).
6. Set the temperature selector (E) to the required temperature (see cooking charts).
7. Wait until the indicator lamp goes off, then open the lid by pressing on the opening
button (B). Place the food in the basket. Lower the basket slowly into the oil from its
draining position. Close the lid.
8. When the cooking is finished, slowly open the lid. Gently lift the basket and hang
it to the edge of the bowl so as to drain the oil. Remove the basket and serve the
food. Close the lid while the fryer is not in use. To avoid any accidents never put your
